Troubleshoot with ease: 1. If the unit alerts you to add water when the reservoir is already full (indicated by a switching blue light ring), it could be due to inadequate water flow. Follow the descale procedure as outlined in the manual on page 9. Clearing any trapped air in the water lines may also require manual priming of the unit by removing the white water filter or metal particulate filter and pressing your finger at the reservoir outlet 4 times to force water into the lines.

1. If you experience low ice quantity or the unit continues to enter the defrost cycle (indicated by a slowly falling white light ring), it could be due to inadequate cooling. With the unit turned off, use a vacuum to clean the vent on the left side of the unit and remove any dust or debris. Ensure the unit has a minimum of 3 inches of clearance around the side and back walls for proper air circulation.

2. To address hard water stains in the reservoir, back wall, or ice bin, follow the descale procedure outlined in the manual on page 9.
