Return Eligibility

- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
